This deal started at a different house. Someone passing our project on Raven in Boulder noticed we had an extra window on the job and called to ask about it. When we called her back, it turned out she was a real estate agent — and she was trying to help a family with a problem that had nothing to do with windows.
The Situation
The family owned a rental here in Longmont. The renter had stopped paying, and when they finally moved out, they left the house full. The family spent several weeks hauling everything out themselves before we ever saw it.

- Throughout: new flooring, lighting, and paint; the choppy old layout opened up into one bright living, dining, and kitchen space
- Outside: new driveway and walkways, new garage door, and a clean low-water yard. The big shade tree out front stayed — it was the best thing about the house, and now you can actually see it.
Where It Stands Now
The house is on the market right now, ready for its next family. The family that sold it to us never had to fix a thing — that part was our job.
